| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨哮喘大鼠模型建立及其气道平滑肌细胞培养方法,了解其生长特性,通过研究射麻止喘液中药血清对气道平滑肌细胞增殖效应,为研究哮喘病预防及治疗提供理论及实验支持。方法:制作慢性哮喘大鼠模型,用酶联法培养哮喘大鼠气道平滑肌细胞,倒置相差显微镜观察其生长情况,MTT检测生长曲线。结果:以酶联法培养7天可见细胞贴壁,14天左右融合90%左右。传代后细胞"谷峰"生长明显。结论:本实验提供了一种常见简单的哮喘模型,培养的细胞为平滑肌细胞,射麻止喘液血清具有抑制哮喘大鼠气道平滑肌细胞增殖作用,低剂量药物血清组相对于中高剂量组抑制作用更强。
