中药煎服方法研究进展

众所周知,汤剂是中医药临床应用最多的一种剂型,而汤剂的煎煮及服药方法与临床疗效的发挥息息相关,因此煎服方法是否得当至关重要。现在存在传统的汤剂、机煎中药和免煎颗粒中药,三者均有自己的优缺点,我们临床应该如何选择和应用呢?查阅大量文献我们会发现,机煎中药与免煎颗粒中药的疗效均存有争议,目前尚不能完全替代传统煎药方法。但传统煎服方法缺乏统一的操作规范,因而制定标准化的煎服方法是十分必要的,作者参照标准汤剂,制定了煎服方法。
