| 摘 要： | 目的:通过规范的临床随机对照试验,证实针刺配合语言训练治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床疗效。方法:将78位患者随机分为针刺配合语言训练组(治疗组)和假针刺配合语言训练组(对照组),共治疗4周。治疗前后均观察失语检查记录评分值及脑卒中后失语生活质量检查评分值(SAQOL-39)。结果:治疗组与对照组在治疗前后均有恢复患者语言功能的效果(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床疗效总有效率达90.24%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合语言训练能有效治疗脑卒中后失语症。
