| 摘 要： | 作者用了两年的时间对焦虑抑郁症的患者进行了舌象观察,发现其舌象有明显的特征性,焦虑抑郁症以腻苔多见,湿浊或湿热为患,是肝郁乘脾所致。临床可以根据舌象的变化,判断其疾病的轻重、预后,从而为中医辨证提供了客观依据。

| Abstract: | Clear characteristics were observed from the tongue of patients with depression and anxiety in the past two years.It was found that most of these patients present distinguishing feature of tongue sticky,a symptom of dampness or damp heat,caused by hepatic qi invading spleen.The changes of tongue can be used clinically to determine the severity and trends of the depression and anxiety,and to provide an objective basis for TCM. |
