| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清CYFRA21-1检测对喉癌诊断及疗效监测的临床价值.方法用酶联免疫吸附法测定25例喉癌患者手术前后及20例喉良性病变的血清CYFRA21-1水平.结果喉癌组血清CYFRA21-1水平明显高于喉良性病变组(P＜0.05).喉癌术后血清CYFRA21-1水平明显下降.喉癌组灵敏度为60.0%,特异度为85.0%.阳性预告值为83.3%,准确度为71.1%.结论血清CYFRA21-1可作为喉癌诊断,疗效监测有用的生物学标志.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of serum CYFRA21-1 assay for diagnosis and therapentic efficacy evaluation in patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods The serum CYFRA21-1 levels were determind by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 25 patients laryngeal carcinoma preoperatively and postoperatively;20 patients with laryngeal benign lesions were recruited as control group.Results The mean serum CYFRA21-1 level in laryngeal cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Serum CYFRA21-1 levels significantly declined after surgery in the laryngeal cancer group.The sensitivity was 60.0%,specificity 85.0%,positive predictive value 83.3%,and accuracy rate 71.1%.Conclusions Serum CYFRA21-1 level is a useful tumor marker for diagnosis and therapeutic effectiveness evaluation in laryngeal carcinoma. |
