C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白与类固酵激素受体联合检测在乳腺癌预后中的意义

探讨Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白与类固醉激素受体联合检测在乳腺癌预后判断中的价值及两者的关系。方法用免疫组化技术对５７例乳腺良恶性肿瘤进行了Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白、类固醇激素受体（ＥＲ、ＰＲ、ＡＲ）６５检测。结果５０例乳腺癌中２１例（４２％）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２过度表达，均为浸润性导管癌。７例良性病变均为阴性，ＥＲ，ＰＲ，ＡＲ阳性率分别为７２％，６２％，６６％。良性病变中２例ＥＲ，１例ＰＲ为弱阳性，余者为阴性，结论Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达与ＥＲ，ＰＲ，ＡＲ呈负相关关系〔Ｐ＜０．０５），在肿瘤细胞核级中，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达与ＥＲ，ＰＲ崳粒乙渤矢合喙毓叵担ǎ颍剑埃梗常福常埃梗福担叮埃梗梗福担校迹埃埃担茫澹颍猓拢补缺泶镎吡馨徒嶙坡矢撸ǎ校迹眨眨保

THE SIGNIFICANEE OF COMBING ASSAY OF C-ERBB-2 ONCOGENE PROTEINAND STEROID HORMONE RECEPTORS IN THE PROGNOSIS OF BREASTLESIONS

Objective To study the value of C - erbB - 2 and steroid hormone receptors in predicting the prognosis of patients and the relations of them. Method C - erbB - 2 oncogene pro- tein as well as steroid hormone receptors (estrogen receptor ,ER , progestene receptor , PR ,androgen receptor , AR )were studied by immunohistochemical method in 57 cases of breast tumors. Result The expression rate ofC - erbB - 2 , ER , PR , AR differehtiately was 42%, 72% , 62% , 66%. There wasno C - erbB - 2 expression in 7 benign tumors. The expression of C - erbB - 2 correlated posi- tively with histologic degree and nuclear grade , while the expression of three SRs correlated inver- sly with histologic. degree and nuclear grade. Cotnclusion There was an inverse relation between positive rate of C - erbB - 2 and ER ,PR .AR (r=- 0. 9950, - 0. 9026, -0. 9304 ,P<0. 05). The ex- pression of C - erbB - 2 was higher in these with lymph - node involvement than those without met- astasis (P<0. 01 ). The combing assay of C -erbB - 2 with SRs would be even more valuable in pre- dicting the prognosis of patients.
