胸内瘤样髓外造血组织影像诊断--附2例报告

目的 探讨胸内瘤样髓外造血组织（EMII）的影像诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。方法 回顾性分析2例胸内瘤样髓外造血组织的胸部平片和CT表现，并文献复习。结果 胸内瘤样髓外造血组织的平片和CT表现：脊柱旁沟内、两侧对称分布的圆形或分叶状软组织肿块，边缘光滑，密度均匀，CT增强后均一强化。活动期髓外造血组织的MRI表现为TWI和TWI上相对呈低信号，而在缓解期T1WI和T2WI上均呈高信号。结论 胸内瘤样髓外造血组织的影像表现具有一定的特征性，CT和MRI对诊断及鉴别诊断该病有重要价值。

Imaging diagnosis of intrathoracic tumor-simulating extramedullary hematopoiesis

Objective To explore the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrathoracic tumor-simulating extrathoracic hematopoiesis(EMH). Methods X-ray and CT findings of two patients with intrathoracic tumor-simulating EMH were analyzed retrospectively, and the related literature were reviewed. Results X-ray and CT scanning showed smoothly marginated, homogeneous, and lobulated paravertebral masses, while on enhanced CT scanning, the masses showed homogeneous enhancement. On MR images, the active phase was characterized by a relatively low signal in both T1 and T2 , while in the remission phase high signal was observed in both T1 and T2. Conclusion EMH has some characteristic imaging features. Moreover, CT and MRI might play an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of EMH.
