醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血60例

目的：观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的疗效。方法：将脑出血患者123例随机分两组，对照组63例给予一般治疗，降低颅内压、防治脑水肿用20％甘露醇、速尿交替应用，管理血压防治再出血，预防应激性溃疡和肺部感染及对症支持等治疗。治疗组60例在一般治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液30mL加生理盐水500mL静脉滴注，每天1次，2周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈18例，显效27例。好转9例，无效2例，死亡4例，总有效率90.0％。对照纽治愈11例，显效20例，好转13例，无效8例，死亡11例，总有效率69．8％。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血疗效肯定，安全，无不良反应。

The Curative Effect Observation of Xing-nao-jing Injection on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage, A Report of 60 Cases

Objective： To analyze the curative effect of Xing-nao-jing Injection Method： The cases suffered from acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two on acute cerebral hemorrhage. groups randomly. The cases in control group were treated by general treatment,20% manicol and beronald alternatively for cutting down intracranial pressure and preventing from brain edema, as well as degrading blood pressure, preventing from stress ulcer and pulmonary infection and supporting. The cases in the treatment group were treated by Xing-nao-jing Injection 30mL, which was insolved into isotonic Na chloride 500mL, once a day, as well as the general treatment. The treatment course was 1 month. Result： The total effective rate in treatment group was more better than that in the control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of Xing-nao-jing Injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage is reliable and safe, and has no side effects.
