| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粗隆下截骨术治疗Perthes病的疗效.方法对粗隆下截骨术治疗108例(123髋)Perthes病患者临床资料进行分析,年龄均在5～12岁之间,按Catterall分类属Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类及Ⅳ类.结果按Mose法评判,优95髋,良20髋,差8髋,优良率93.49%.结论治疗儿童Perthes病施行粗隆下截骨术较为理想. |
