| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人急性应激性溃疡的急诊胃镜检查。方法 对 2 5例老年人急性应激性溃疡急诊胃镜检查、治疗、病因进行分析。结果 2 1例胃镜下广泛充血、水肿、糜烂伴多发、散在性溃疡 (84% ) ,以胃体大、小弯侧为主。胃镜直视下喷洒止血药 ,17例出血明显减少 (81% ) ,4例出血控制 (19% ) ,4例未发现活动性出血 (16 % )。结论 急诊胃镜检查是老年人急性应激性溃疡诊断和治疗的重要手段 ,在严密监护下操作是安全可行的

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluation of emergency gastroscopic examination of senile acute stress ulceration. Methods Emergency gastroscopic examination,treatment and cause of 25 cases of senile acute of 25 cases of senile acute stress ulceration are analyzed. Results Gastroscopic examination revealed in 21 cases(84%) ,mainly in greater and lesser curvatures of the stomach.Afetr spraying haemostat under gastroscopic observation,bleeding was obviously sbated in 17 cases(81%)ang controlleg in 4 cases(19%).No active bleeding was observed in the remaining 4 cases(16%). Conlusion Emergency gastroscopic examinaion is an important method in the giagnosis ang treatment of senile acute stress niceration.Closely monitored operation is safe and practical. |
