臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照、开放设计,入选外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者72例,其中试验组36例接受臭氧治疗,对照组36例接受达克宁栓治疗,于治疗前、治疗结束后第3天观察临床症状及体征,并进行阴道分泌物病原学检查。结果治疗结束后第3天,试验组和对照组的痊愈率分别为58.3%和61.1%,有效率分别为83.3%和88.9%,症状平均缓解时间分别为2.58d和2.36d,假丝酵母菌阴转率分别为94.4%和100%。2组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。72例病例中无不良事件与严重不良事件发生。结论臭氧治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ozone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A randomized,controlled,open clinical trial including 72 cases suffered vulvovaginal candidiasis was conducted.36 cases in trial group were given ozone therapy and 36 cases in control group were given miconazole nitrate suppositories.3days after the end of treatment,Compared the change of clinical symptoms and signs,the result of BV blue examination between trial group and control group.Results 3days after the end of treatment,the cure rates were 58.3% in trial group and 61.1% in control group,the efficacy rates were 83.3% in trial group and 88.9% in control group,the average periods of symptom relaxing were 2.58days in trial group and 2.36days in control group.There were no significant differences between these two groups(P>0.05).The eradicated rates of pathogen were 94.4% in trial group and 100% in control group.There were no significant differences between these two groups in eradicated rates of pathogen(P>0.05).There were no adverse events and severe adverse events happened in all these 72 cases.Conclusion Ozone is effective and safe in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
