| 摘 要： | 为观察补肾通脉方对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响，采用链脲佐菌素（STZ）静脉注射（30mg/kg)并给予高热量饮食的方法复制型糖尿病大鼠模型，以补肾通脉方、二甲双胍分别进行治疗10周，测量体重，空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数，血脂等指标，结果表明：模型组体 重、血脂高于正常对照组，胰岛素敏感指数明显低于正常对照组；与模型组比，补肾通脉方、二甲双胍组体重、血脂降低，胰岛素敏感指数升高。提示补肾通脉方具有增加胰岛素敏感性和降血脂作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of Bushentongmai recipe on insulin resistance, the type 2 diabetic rats were induced by the intravenous injection of Streptozotocin (30 mg/kg) and high caloric diet. The animals were treated with Bushentongmai recipe, metformin for 10 weeks respectively. The body weight,fasting blood glucose, serum insulin level, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and blood lipids were determined. It was demonstrated that the body weight, blood lipids in mode l group were higher than those of the normal control group and ISI lower. Compared with model group, the body weight, blood lipids in both Bushentongmai recipe and metformin groups were decreased, while ISI raised. It is suggested that Bushentongmai recipe has the effects of raising insulin sensitivity and reducing blood lipids. |
