江苏省正常人群麻疹疫苗免疫成功率及其影响因素

目的 :评价江苏省麻疹疫苗基础免疫和强化免疫活动的效果。方法 :对接种儿童进行麻疹疫苗免疫成功率监测。结果 :基础免疫前、免疫后阳性率分别为 2 7.3 3 %、93 .0 2 % ;GMT分别为1.5 0、2 7.2 4 ,4倍增长率为 85 .4 7%。麻疹疫苗强化免疫前、免疫后阳性率分别为 84 .62 %、10 0 .0 0 % ,GMT为 7.5 1、4 4 .0 6,4倍增长率为 5 6.4 1%。结论 :江苏省整体初免抗体水平较高 ,强化免疫是提高免疫成功率的重要手段

Surveillance on measles seroepidemiology in healthy population in Jiangsu Province

Objective:To evaluate the effect of measles vaccination and catching-up vaccination in Jiangsu province.Method:We carried out an surveillance in healthy population on measles immune successful rate.Result: The results showed that before and after immunization,positive rates were 27.33%,93.02%;the GMT were 1:1.50 and 1:27.24;4 folds increasing rate was 85.47%.Before and after measles vaccine mass immunization campaign,positive rates were 84.62% and 100.00%;the GMT were 1:7.51 and 1:44.06,4 folds increasing rate was 56.41%.Conclution: The level of the first vaccine rate was high in Jiangsu province and mass immunization campaign is one of the most effective measures to increase the measles immune successful rate.
