新农合直补系统与医院信息系统接口的解决方案

目的：解决医院信息系统与新农合直补软件的接口问题。方法：将医院信息数据库系统中的住院记录、住院费用明细等相关数据结构进行修改，通过新农合直补软件商提供的一个接口函数DLL．dll，和前置机数据库进行数据的交换，对医院信息系统与新农合信息系统中的自然信息进行对照。结果：对数据结构的修改和接口的编写，使医院系统与新农合直补软件系统顺利地进行了数据转换。结论：该接口问题的解决，使医院系统与新农合直补软件得到了完整的对接。

Solution for Interface Between New Rural Cooperative Direct Subsidy System and HIS

t Objective To develop the interface between HIS and new rural cooperative direct subsidy software. Method8 Structure of the data for hospitalization and fee were modified, and the interface function DLL.dll from the manufacturer of new rural cooperative direct subsidy software was used for data exchange with frontal adapter database. The natural information in new rural cooperative system was compared with that of HIS. Results HIS and new rural cooperative medical information system could successfully exchange data by data structure modification and the interface.
