| 摘 要： | 本实验为尾蚴直接感染终末宿主而患肺吸虫病的可行性研究。从动物选择、尾蚴感染数量与活动力和感染方法三个方面,做了适当的改进,使尾蚴直接感染的6只猫和5只犬中,有3只猫、1只犬感染成功。其感染发病率为36.3％,并取得了感染发病的完整资料。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the experiment in which definitive hcsts(cats and dogs) acquired paragonimiasis from cercariae. Modifications of the me-thod were made in three aspects; (1) animals of choice; (2) number of cercariae applied and maintenance of their viability; (3) method of infection. Among the 6 cats and 5 dogs exprimented, 3 cats and 1 dog acquired the infection. The infecton rate was 36.3%. |
