734例围手术期抗菌药使用调查

目的：了解围手术期抗菌药使用状况。方法：随机抽取某天的手术病例，回顾性分层调查统计分析抗菌药的使用情况及合理性。结果：734例外科住院患者中721例应用抗菌药，使用率98．2％，涉及57个品种。2319例次；使用频度前5位的为头孢派酮／他唑巴坦钠、头孢呋辛、奥硝唑氯化钠、氟氧头孢钠、甲硝唑；抗菌药使用合理或基本合理有483例，占65．80％，存在问题有251例占34．20％。结论：临床应加强围手术期抗菌药的管理。合理使用。

Analysis of Utilization of Antibiotics in 734 Cases in Perioperation Period

Objective:To study the application of antibiotics to inpatients in their perieperation period.Method: 734 cases of inpatients were randomly chosen in the assigned departments one day in March:2005.Antibiotics utilizations were monitored and analyzed.Result:721 of 734 cases of surgery inpatients applied antibiotics.The utilization rate of anti- biotics was 98.2%,including 57 kinds of antibiotics and 2319 cases;the five antibiotics of cefoperazonece,furoxime, omidazozole,flomoxef,metronidazole were used most frequently.The rational utilization rate of antibiotics was 65.80%, and the irrational utilization rate was 34.20%.Conclusion:Clinicians should strengthen the management of antibiotics in perioperution period so as to apply it rationally.
