| 摘 要： | 应用运气眼功对大学生175人340只近视眼进行3个月治疗,因故停止练功的42人83只近视眼作对照。练功组治疗前裸眼视力与治疗后有极显著差异(P<0.001),视力上升率为82.9%(282眼);近视屈光度治疗前与治疗后相比差异亦极显著(P<0.001),近视度下降率为75%(255眼)。一年后随访,练功组裸眼视力及屈光度均与治疗前有极显著差异(P<0.001),提示该功治疗近视有一定疗效并具有远期效果。

| Abstract: | After 3 months' "Yun-Qi-Yan-Gong" exercises, satisfactory effects were acquired in 340 myopic eyes of 175 university students. Vision and the power of diopter were carefully examined and recorded. 83 myopic eyes of 42 students who had stopped exercising were taken as control. The result showed that, in the test group, vision increased by 82.9% (282 eyes) and the power of diopter decreased by 75% (255 eyes). No remarkable changes were found in the control group. It was demonstrated that the effect of "Qi-Gong" exercises in treating myopia was obvious. One year follow-up check showed that the vision in the test group after treatment increased obviously. |
