小涎腺巨大恶性肌上皮瘤患者围手术期护理

通过对小儿涎腺巨大恶性肌上皮瘤围手术期护理，认为术前要做好心理护理，积极配合医生进行针对性的术前创面护理，术后重视局创面换药，每天2次，重视口咽部的清洁护理，每次做口咽部护理时，利用语言技巧，对患儿进行鼓励及表扬，转移患儿注意力，消除惧怕，使患儿配合治疗，采用1／2000洗必秦泰棉球擦净口腔，每天3次，因为手术切口位于唇及颊部，术后10天内应鼓励患儿使用吸管，进食高含高蛋白，高热量，高维生维的流质，避免咽嚼运动增加切口张力而影响切口愈合，减少术后并发证发生。

The perioperational nursing of the patients with malignant small salivary gland myoepithelioma

The experience of our nursing the infantile malignant myoepithelioma in small salivary glands indicates that psychological nursing is important before operation and nurses should be cooperative with doctors in the nursing of the wound surfaces. After operation, importance should be attached to dressing changes in local wounds, twice a day, and to cleanness of oral pharynx. In conversations with the infants, speech skills need more attention to encourage and praise them so as to remove their fears. Cotton balls with Hibitane at 1:2000 are used to clean the mouth cavity, three times a day. 10 days after operation, the infants are encouraged to use straws, eat fluid food containing rich protein, high calories and rich vitamins because the cutting of operation is situated at labium and bucca. Chewing is avoided in case the healing of wounds be affected so that complications are lessened after operation.
