| 摘 要： | 骨桥蛋白是一种具有多种功能的磷酸化糖蛋白,不仅广泛分布于骨基质等正常组织细胞中,而且在许多肿瘤组织中都过量表达。多项研究表明,骨桥蛋白通过和其受体的相互作用等机制影响着肿瘤的发生、发展和转移,而其与甲状腺癌、喉癌等头颈部肿瘤的密切关系也逐渐被证实。

| Abstract: | Osteopontin is a multifunctional phosphoglycoprotein.It not only distribute widely in normal tissues such as bone tissues,but also has over expression in multiplicate tumor tissues.Furthermore many studies showed that OPN(osteopontin)not only affected the genensis,development and metastasis by some mechanism such as interaction with its receptor but also has close relationship with head and neck cancer such as Thyroid Carcinomas and laryngocarcinoma. |
