安卡红曲的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究安卡红曲(Monascus anka)中的化学成分。方法体积分数为95%乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法分离化合物,运用波谱技术确定化合物结构。结果分得6个化合物,分别为lunatinin(Ⅰ)、(±)monascodilone(Ⅱ)、monankarin E(Ⅲ)(、24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6-βtriol(Ⅳ)、2-乙酰基-3,5-二羟基苯乙酸(curvulinic acid,Ⅴ)、琥珀酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ为首次以消旋体的形式分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Monascus anka.METHODS By silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,the compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the whole plant,and identified on the basis of various spectroscopic analysis and physical constants.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as lunatinin(Ⅰ),(±) monascodilone(Ⅱ),monankarin E(Ⅲ),(24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(Ⅳ),curvulinic acid(Ⅴ) and succimic acid(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION Component Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ are isolated from the genus of Monascus for the first time,component Ⅱ is isolated as a racemic compound for the first time.
