| 摘 要： | 目的矫正先天性双侧唇裂术后遗留的唇珠缺损畸形.方法采用唇珠区局部组织填充或唇红组织瓣转移方法矫正此类畸形.结果修复唇珠缺损36例,外形丰满,纠正了口哨畸形.结论双侧唇裂术后唇珠缺损畸形针对组织缺损的程度设计不同的手术方法,能够取得良好的修复效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To review the surgery of the secondary vermilion tubercle deformity in the operated patients with bilateral cleft lip. Methods Local tissue transplantation and local flap were used to correct the defect. Results Satisfactory resuhs were achieved in all of the 36 cases. Conclusion The procedures for repairing the secondary vermillion tubercle deformity should be individualized according to the characteristics of the deformity. |
