摘    要:目的:考察口服重组人表皮生长因子生物黏附胶囊中黏附颗粒体外黏附性能,确定生物黏附剂配比。方法:采用一种体外黏附力测定装置,以卡波姆(934 PCP)、低取代羟丙基纤维素(L-HPC)、乳糖等不同的配比制成颗粒,测定肠黏膜上颗粒滞留率,并以滞留率的大小评价其黏附性强弱。结果:黏附颗粒中黏附剂配比不同,其黏附力有较大差异。实验结果表明,黏附颗粒中含卡波姆(934 PCP)10%、低取代羟丙基纤维素(L-HPC)8%制成的颗粒具有较好的生物黏附性。结论:以CP和L-HPC等作为黏附剂配以适量乳糖制成的颗粒具有较好的生物黏附性能,CP/L-HPC为54最为合适。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the adhesion property of recombinant human epidermal growth factor bioadhesive enteric capsules in vitro and to determine the proportion of adhesive materials. Methods: Granules with different proportion of CP,L-HPC and lactose were prepared.The reten-tion rate of granules on small intestinal mucosa used as evaluation Standard were measured with a deter-minator of adhesion. Results: The adhesive forces differed widely in granules with different proportion of adhesive materials.Conclusion:Granules with 10% CP,8% L-HPC and lactose had better bioadhesive property.
