| 摘 要： | 检测胃癌细胞中Ｆａｓ基因表达并探讨其临床意义。运用流式细胞技术，对３９例胃癌细胞和癌旁粘膜中Ｆａｓ抗原的表达进行检测。胃癌细胞和癌旁粘膜组织中均有Ｆａｓ基因表达，而其表达水平无统计学差异（ｔ＝１．５２６，Ｐ〉０．０５）。胃管状腺癌和乳头状腺癌细胞中Ｆａｓ基因表达明显低于粘液癌和低分化癌（Ｐ〈０．０５）。胃癌细胞中Ｆａｓ基因表达低。采用特异性改变凋亡阈限的治疗方案可能有利于改变胃癌的自然进程。

| Abstract: | Objective:The expression of Fas gene in astric carcinoma and its clinical significance were studied. Methods: The expression of Fas gene in gastric carcinomas and this surrounding noncancerous mucosa of 39 patients were determined with flow mmunocytometry.Results:Both gastric carcinoma tissue and the surrounding noncancerous mucosa similarly expressed the Fas antigen,the expression was no statisitcally significance(t=1.526,P>0.05).The expression was significally higher in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma than in papillary and tubular adenocarcinomas (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fas antigen in gastric carcinoma had the low expression, treatments designed to specifically alter the apoptotic threshold may have the potential to change the natural progression of gastric carcinoma. |
