全反式维甲酸对肝癌细胞生物学行为的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对肝癌细胞生物学影响的途径。方法:通过体外和动物实验的方法,探讨ATRA对肝细胞癌高转移瘤株(Hca-F)体外增殖能力,对人工基底膜粘附能力以及对IV胶原酶分泌能力的影响。结果:ATRA对Hca-F细胞的体外增殖能力,人工基底膜粘附能力,以及对IV胶原酶的分泌均有明显的抑制作用,其抑制能力在一定范围随ATRA浓度成正比。结论:ATRA在多途径对Hca-F细胞生物学行为产生影响。

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the effect of al l trans-retinoic acid (ATRA) on the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcino mas.Methods By the use of cell culture and experimental a nimal models,the influence of ATRA in Hca-F liver cancer cells were studied in terms of cell proliferation,the adhesion capacity to artificial basal membrane and production of collagenase type IV.Results It was fou nd that ATRA could suppress cell growth and inhibit the adhesion capacity as wel l as collagenase IV secretion of Hca-F cells in a dose-dependent manner .Conclusion ATRA can exert multiple effects on the biological b ehavior of Hca-F cells.
