辽宁省东港市按蚊多样性和蚊虫种群动态变化研究

目的掌握辽宁省东港市按蚊多样性的本底资料以及蚊虫种群密度动态变化和季节消长的情况。方法对1997年至2005年在东港7个地点采集的按蚊进行形态和PCR分子鉴别,分析1998年至2005年间该地的蚊虫密度和季节消长情况。结果东港市的按蚊有4种,为雷氏按蚊、八代按蚊、Anophelesbelenrae和朝鲜按蚊;其中雷氏按蚊占经分子鉴别的173个样本中的93.6%;An.be-lenrae在中国是首次记录,朝鲜按蚊是辽宁省的新记录种。东港市蚊虫种群密度最高的年份为2001年,最低为1998年;绝大多数年份蚊虫的季节消长基本属单峰型,调查期间每年的7月和8月其密度维持在较高水平。结论辽宁省东港市的蚊虫资料得到了更新和充实。

Anopheline biodiversity and dynamic state of mosquito population in Donggang, Liaoning

Objective To survey the base-line information of anopheline biodiversity, mosquito population density and seasonal distribution in Donggang, Liaoning. Methods The anopheline samples collected in seven sites of Donggang from 1997 to 2005 were identified by morphological characters and molecular marker. The data of mosquito population density and seasonal distribution from 1998 to 2005 were analyzed. Results There are four Anophline species in Donggang namely Anopheles lesteri, An. yatsushiroensis, An. belenrae and An. koreicus. The rate of An. lesteri in total 173 samples tested was 93.6% identified by PCR assay. An. belenrae was found in China for the first time, and An. koreicus is the new one recorded in Liaoning Province. The mosquito population density was of variance in different years, the highest in 2001, and the lowest in 1998. The seasonal curve in most years appeared single peak pattern, and the higher mosquito density was in July and August. Conclusion The data on mosquitoes information in Donggang, Liaoning is updated and repleted.
