金华地区部分蜱媒传染病感染状况调查研究

摘    要:目的为了解金华地区蜱与部分蜱媒传染病的种类、分布以及危害状况,建立适合于当地的蜱媒病预警和防制技术体系。方法采用夹线法,在金华某地区林区采集鼠形动物和体外寄生蜱,采用PCR和序列测定方法对该地区的蜱媒病原的感染情况进行了初步流行病学调查研究。结果在体外寄生的中华硬蜱中检出艾氏螺旋体Borreliaafzelii和普氏立克次体Rickettsia prowazekii,并发现这两种病原体的复合感染现象。结论金华地区有莱姆病和普氏立克次体存在,可能引起一些蜱媒传染病的发生,应引起公共卫生部门的重视。

Investigation of Prevalence of Tick-borne Diseases in Jinhua District, Zhejiang Province

Abstract:Objective To explore the situations of prevalence of fick-bome diseases in Jinhua, Zhejiang province. Methods Rodents were captured by trap-night method and ticks were collected from rodents captured and wild animals retailed in markets. The infectivity of tick-borne diseases was detected by PCR amplification with specific primers. Results Borrdia afzelii and Rickettsia prowazekii were detected in Ixodes siaensis, and double infection of them was also found in one single Ixodes sinensis, while detections for ehrlichiosis and Russia spring autumn encephalitis in these samples yielded negative results. Conclusion There were more than one fick-bome pathogen prevalence in Jinhua, which should be paid attention to by local public health authorities.
