国产多西环素粉针剂治疗泌尿生殖道感染的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察国产多西环素粉针剂治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的临床疗效及安全性.方法:采用随机对照临床观察,以阿奇霉素注射剂为对照药.60例患各类泌尿生殖系统感染的病人入组,纳入疗效分析60例,安全性分析60例.结果:多西环素组病人30例,治疗后痊愈率76.67%,有效率93.33%,不良反应33.33%.阿奇霉素组病人30例,痊愈率66.67%,有效率93.33%,不良反应发生率26.67%.结论:国产多西环素粉针剂治疗常见泌尿生殖道感染疗效与阿齐霉素注射剂相似.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic made doxycyline powder injection on urinary and reproductive infection. Methods:In a randomized control clinicalobservation,arithromycin was taken as controlled agent.A total of 60 cases of various urinary and reproductive infection were randomly enrolled into the study.All patients received the evaluation of efficacy and safety. Results:The cure and effective rates were 76.67% and 93.33% respectively in doxycycline group, 66.67% and 93.33% respectively in arithromycine group. The adverse event rates were 33.33% and 26.67%,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Domestic made doxycycline powder injection is effective and safe for the treatment of urinary and reproductive infection.
