| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨特重度烧伤新生儿延迟复苏的补液治疗方法。方法 报导3例特重度烧伤延迟复苏新生儿的补液治疗过程。结果 3名新生儿都抢救成功，痊愈出院。结论 特重度烧伤新生儿延迟复苏的补液治疗和儿童及成年人有不同之处，所有补液抢救措施都要结合新生儿的生理特点来制定。

Method Report the treatments of three cases of severely burned neonate with delayed fluid resuscitation. Result Three neonates were cured. Conclusion The treatments of severely burned neonate with delayed fluid resuscitation are different to that of the children and adult. The treatment of severely burned neonate with delayed fluid resuscitation must base on the physiological character of neonate.</td>
