补骨脂饮片的粉末均匀化研究

摘    要:[目的] 补骨脂饮片的粉末均匀化工艺研究。[方法] 以补骨脂苷、异补骨脂苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素为指标成分,采用不同目数药筛制备不同粒度的补骨脂饮片粉末,对粉末分布及其对指标成分的影响进行研究,并以粉碎时间、粉碎次数、投料量为因素采用正交实验法确定其最佳粉碎工艺。[结果] 生补骨脂最佳粉碎工艺条件:投料量体积占粉碎室体积的1/4,单次粉碎30 s,粉碎3次,过50目筛;盐补骨脂最佳粉碎工艺条件:投料量体积占粉碎室体积的1/3,单次粉碎30 s,粉碎2次,过50目筛。[结论] 通过试验验证,确定补骨脂饮片最佳粉碎工艺,为制定补骨脂标准饮片均匀化技术规范提供参考依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The study of powder homogenization for Fructus Psoraleae. [Methods] Psoralenoside,isopsoralenoside,psoralen and isopsoralen as index components,we used various medicinal sieves to prepare Fructus Psoraleae powder with different sizes,and studied the distribution of powder and its influence on the index components. The optimum pulverization process was determined by orthogonal experimental design based on the pulverization time,the number of pulverization times and the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae. [Results] For the raw Fructus Psoraleae,the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae accounted for 1/4 the volume of pulverizer,the single pulverizing time was 30 s,the powder was pulverized 3 times and sieved through 50 meshes. For salt-processed Fructus Psoraleae,the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae accounted for 1/3 the volume of pulverizer,the single pulverizing time was 30 s,the powder was pulverized 2 times and sieved through 50 meshes. [Conclusion] Through the test verification,the best grinding technology of Fructus Psoraleae was determined,which provided a reference for the development of technical specifications for the standardization of Fructus Psoraleae.
