伊宁市初中生自我认识对其抑郁情绪的影响研究

摘    要:目的探讨初中生自我认识对其抑郁情绪的影响,为避免初中生抑郁情绪的产生提供参考。方法采用儿童抑郁量表(CDI)、儿童青少年自我认识量表、家庭教养方式量表对分层整群抽取的伊宁市4所中学的866名初中生进行调查。结果初中生的自我体貌认识(β=-0.953,P<0.001)、自我学业认识(β=-0.760,P<0.01)和自我人际认识(β=-2.245,P<0.001)越高,其产生抑郁情绪的倾向越低;从R2分解的标准化结果来看,初中生自我人际认识占比为44.73%,对其抑郁情绪的影响程度大于自我体貌认识(18.08%),且大于自我学业认识(12.30%);在权威型教养方式的初中生群体中,自我人际认识占比为68.34%,对其抑郁情绪的影响程度尤为突出;女生的自我人际认识和学业认识对其抑郁情绪的影响程度比男生高17.29%和6.07%;少数民族学生的自我学业认识对其抑郁情绪的影响程度比汉族高13.31%。结论初中生的自我人际认识、学业认识和体貌认识均对其抑郁情绪有着不同程度的影响;基于不同性别、民族和教养方式的初中生,自我认识对其抑郁情绪的影响机制也各不相同。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of self-awareness on depression among junior school students, and to provide reference for avoiding the depression of junior school students. Methods A total of 866 junior school students from 4 middle schools in Yining City were selected by cluster convenient sampling and Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), Child and Adolescent Self-Awareness Scale, and the Family Parenting Style Scale were used. Results The scores of self-physical awareness (β=-0. 953 , P < 0. 001 ), self-learning awareness (β=-0. 760, P < 0. 01 ) and self-interpersonal awareness (β=-2. 245 , P <0. 001) of junior school students were negative related with the tends of depression. Overall, the self-physical awareness (44. 73%) of junior school students had greater impact on depression than self-physical awareness (18. 08%) and self-learning awareness (12. 30%). The influencing degree on depression of selfinterpersonal understanding was particularly prominent (68.34%) in junior school groups based on authoritative family education. The influences of self-interpersonal awareness and self-learning awareness on depress ion among girls were 17. 29% and 6.07%, which were higher than that of boys. The self-learning awareness of minority students were depressed, and the degree of influence was 13.31 % higher than that of Han nationality. Conclusion The self-interpersonal awareness, selflearning awareness and self-physical awareness of junior school students had various influences on the depression. Based on different gender, ethnic and family education style, self-awareness of junior school students had different in flue ncing mechanism on depression emotions.
