城市职业人群健康类应用程序的使用现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的了解我国城市职业人群健康类应用程序(App)的使用现状并探索其影响因素。方法采用方便整群抽样,通过网络问卷对北京市及呼和浩特市8个企事业单位的673名职业人群进行了调查,了解其健康类App的使用情况及影响因素。使用SPSS 24. 0和Mplus 7. 0软件进行数据分析。采用结构方程模型对健康类App使用影响因素进行分析。结果调查对象中健康类App的使用率为73. 7%。不同类别的健康类App中,使用运动养成指导类者最多,为33. 6%。结构方程模型分析结果显示,习惯和使用意愿对使用行为影响的路径系数分别为0. 273和0. 159。绩效期望和愉悦动机对使用意愿影响的标准化路径系数分别为0.418和0. 176。电子健康素养对绩效期望、愉悦动机和习惯影响的标准化路径系数分别为0. 718、0. 858和0. 811。结论城市职业人群健康类App的使用率较高,使用行为受习惯和使用意愿2个因素的正向作用,电子健康素养对习惯以及使用意愿的2个正向作用因素绩效期望和愉悦动机均有较强的正向作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of health App using and its influencing factors among urban occupa-tional population in China. Methods A convenient cluster sampling method was used to select 4 enterprises and institutions respectively from Beijing and Hohhot City. A total of 673 subjects were investigated with the online questionnaire in 8 work-places to understand their use of health Apps and its influencing factors. Data was analyzed by SPSS 24. 0 and Mplus 7. 0. Structural equation model was applied to expose the influencing factors of health Apps use. Results The using rate of health Apps in the subjects was 73. 7%. The most popular health Apps being used were “Sports Apps”, accounting for 33. 6%. Structural equation model showed the path coefficients of “habit” and “use intension” for “health Apps using” were 0. 273 and 0. 159, respectively. The standardized path coefficients of “performance expectancy” and “hedonic motivation” on “use intension” were 0. 418 and 0. 176, respectively. And the standardized path coefficients of “e-health literacy” on “performance expectancy”,“hedonic motivation” and “habit” were 0.718, 0.858 and 0.811, respectively. Conclusion The using rate of health Apps were relatively high among urban occupational population.“ Habit” and “use intention” had positive effect on “health Apps using”. The effect of “e-health literacy” on “performance expectancy” and “hedonic motivation” which had a positive effect on “use intension” and “habit” were all positive.
