人参皂甙对老年病人术后应激反应和疲劳综合征影响临床研究

目的探讨人参皂甙对老年病人术后应激反应和疲劳综合征的影响。方法 74例老年胃肠外科病人,随机分为人参皂甙组和对照组,人参皂甙组采用手术前人参皂甙胶囊口服,对照组不作特殊处理。观察手术后疲劳指数、首次下床时间、手术前后血白细胞总数、中性分类、血白蛋白、血糖、以及转铁蛋白、C-反应蛋白等指标。结果人参皂甙组的手术后疲劳指数,手术后1周～手术前的血白细胞计数之差、手术后3日～手术前的白蛋白、血糖之差,手术后一周血清C-反应蛋白增高与对照组相比均有明显差异。结论手术前口服人参皂甙胶囊有助于降低手术后应激反应,减轻手术后疲劳,促进老年胃肠外科病人的早期康复。

Effect of ginsenoside on stress response and fatigue syndrome of the elder patient after surgery

Objective To evalluate the effect of ginsenoside on stress response and fatigue syndrome of the elder patient after surgery.Methods 74 of the eider surgical patients suffered from gastrointestinal tumor were randomized to 2 groups,control and ginsenoside groups.Patients of ginsenoside groups were given ginsenoside before operation and ones of control groups did not.The fatigue scores after operation and the time of the first ambulation were obseaved,the counts of white blood cell and neutrophil,serum albumin,blood sugar,transferring and C reactive protein before/after operation were analyzed.Results There were significant difference in the fatigue scores after operation,the vari- ance of a week after operation and before operation of white blood cell,the variance of three day after operation and before operation of serum al- bumin and blood sugar,C reactive protein after a week as compared with the control group.Conclusion It wasuseful of applying ginsenoside be- fore operation.It may alleviate stress response and fatigue after operation,promote earlier recower of the elder surgical patients.
