透刺法治疗青少年近视临床观察

观察透刺法治疗青少年近视的临床疗效和影响因素,将129例青少年近视眼患者随机分为透刺组、常规刺法组,和戴镜组进行治疗观察.结果:透刺纽和常规组治疗后裸眼远视力均有提高(P＜0.01),且透刺组优于常规组(P＜0.01);戴镜组视力未见明显改善.结论:针刺疗法治疗青少年近视临床疗效肯定,且透刺法优于常规刺法;年龄、近视程度对临床疗效有影响.

Clinical Observation of Adolescent Myopia Treated by Acupoint-to-Acupoint Needling

To observe the curative effect of acupoint-to-acupoint needling and compare three therapies in order to probe the effective method for adolescent myopia.199 cases were randomly divided into three groups,the acupoint-to-acupoint needling group were acupunctured at Cuanzhu(BL2) to Jingming(BL1),Sizhukong(SJ23) to Tongziliao(GB1),Sibai(ST2) to Xiajingming(70 cases,128 eyes),while the routine needling group were acupunctured at Jingming(BL1),Xiajingming,Cuanzhu(BL2),Tongziliao(GB1),Sizhukong(SJ23),Sibai(ST2)(64 cases,128 eyes),the wearing spectacles group wearing glasses during daylight(65 cases,128 eyes) as contrast.The results showed that the hypermetropias of the first two groups had developed significantly(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the first one was better than the second(P<0.01),the wearing spectacles group had changed little.Conclusion: The acupuncture therapy has a definite curative effect on adolescent myopia,the acupoint-to-acupoint needling is more effective than the routine needling,age and myopic degree both influence the clinical therapeutic effects.
