| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术与等离子下甲消融术的围术期护理方法.方法:对42例鼻中隔偏曲伴下甲肥大患者行手术治疗,并给予精心围术期护理.结果: 全部病例鼻中隔偏曲均矫正理想,鼻腔通气良好,引流通畅;无鼻中隔穿孔、鼻梁塌陷、鼻腔粘连等并发症发生.结论: 对鼻中隔偏曲伴下甲肥大患者做好围术期护理,可提高手术成功率,预防并发症发生.
