大学生心理健康调查与分析

关注大学生的心理健康状况并采取有效的措施，是做好大学生心理健康教育的基础。为了解沈阳药科大学学生的心理健康状况，三年来运用大学生人格健康调查量表（UPI），对本校2004-2006级共3923名学生进行心理健康测试并建档，了解学生入学时的心理健康情况，同时根据大学新生存在的一些心理问题，提出解决途径和方法。旨在探讨大学生个性心理特征与精神健康状况动态变化规律，开展心理健康教育。

Study and Analysis of Undergraduates' Mental Health

Adequate concern and effective measures regarding university students' psychological health constitute the basis of university mental health education.To find out their mental health when the undergraduates entered our university,the author conducted the initial psychological tests by means of UPI(University Personality Inventory)and set up relevant files,which 3,923 undergraduates in 3 grades are involved.So students' mentality are gained and some approaches and solutions to students' psychological problems are put forth.Beginning their second year study,the students are reassessed by SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90).Through the comparative research the author finds out the dynamic change patterns of students' psychological features and gives corresponding instruction.
