| 摘 要： | 目的: 总结肺癌根治术并发乳糜胸的治疗体会。方法: 11例肺癌根治术并发乳糜胸患者均经实验室检查确诊,9例保守治疗,2例手术治疗。结果: 全部治愈,2例合并液气胸,1例合并糖尿病,1例合并高血压。出院后随访0.5~2年,无乳糜胸复发,1例半年后死于迟发性支气管胸膜瘘。结论: 肺癌根治术并发乳糜胸,经过及早明确诊断,积极治疗,均能治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the treatment of chylothorax complicated in radical operation for lung cancer.Methods:Eleven cases of chylothorax complicated in radical operation for lung cancer were diagnosed and confirmed by laboratory examination.Nine cases were given conservative treatment and 2 cases were performed surgical operation.Results:All the cases were cured.Two cases demonstrated pneumoserothorax,one case diabetes mellitus and one case hypertension.No chylothorax recurred during the 6-24 months follow-up.One case died from tardive bronchopleural fistula half a year later.Conclusions:The chylothorax complicated in radical operation for lung cancer can be cured by prompt diagnosis and treatment |
