| 摘 要： | 目的改进X线下胃扭转非手术手法复位的方法,提高复位成功率。方法检查者行上消化造影,明确胃扭转类型,口服大量硫酸钡合理利用各种体外手法进行复位。结果 18例慢性胃扭转患者通过手法复位,14例复位成功,成功和率为77.7%。结论选择好手法复位适应症,口服钡剂复位治疗胃扭转的成功率较高,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective Improve and enhance gastric volvulus under X-ray non-surgical success rate of manual reduction. Methods The examiner for upper gastrointestinal imaging clearly stomach twist type, a large number of oral barium sulfate and reasonable use of in vitro methods to be reset. Results 18 cases of patients with chronic gastric volvulus through reduction, 14 cases of successful reset, the success rate was 77.7%. Conclusion choose a good technique reset indications, oral barium reduction for the treatment of gastric volvulus higher success rate, worthy of clinical use. |
