次氟酸三氟甲酯致大鼠骨损害的初步病理观察

摘    要:本文报告大鼠吸入有机氟化物——次氟酸二氯甲酯后,骨骼的病理改变及骨氟含量之间的关系。健康Wistar大鼠24只,随机分成3组,分别用0、0.067和0.1ppm的次氟酸三氟甲酯在1m~3有机玻璃染毒柜中静式吸入染毒,每日2h,每周5d,共23周。结果显示:实验组大鼠髂骨氟含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);组织病理学检查发现:次氟酸三氟甲酯有成骨效应,而且病变主要集中在0.1ppm组大鼠髂骨,特别是骨外膜和哈佛氏骨管内,其病变特点为骨外膜活跃性局灶性成骨细胞反应以及骨或骨样组织形成。

Abstract:This paper reports the relation betweenfluoride contents and pathologic changes ofskeletal system in Wistar rats after inhala-tion of organofluoride compound-trifluoro-methyl hypofiuoride. The trifluoromethyl hypofluoride(CF_3OF),puriyt>95%,used in this study was produc-ed and provided by the Chenguang ChemicalIndustrial Institute. Twenty-four Wistar rats, weighing be-tween 200 and 250g, were divided into threegroups,a control group and two test groups.They were exposured to the trifluoromethylhypofluoride gas at a dosage of 0, 0.067 and0.1 ppm respectively, in 1 m~3 Plexiglasschamber, two hours a day, five days a week The results showed that the fluoridelevels of ilia in 0.067 and 0.1 ppm grouprats were significantly higher than those inthe control group (P<0.05). The osteogenic effect of CF_3OF was con-firmed by the histopathological examinationof the skeletal tissues. The lesions were alsomainly limited to the 0.1 ppm CF_3OF group.A very marked osteogenic reaction wasfound in the periosteum and Haversiancanals of ilia in the rats including focal activeperiosteous osteoblastic proliferations andbone or osteoid tissues forming with a littleosteoclastic reactions. for 23 weeks.
