| 摘 要： | 目的:观察在促排卵过程中小剂量阿斯匹林对子宫内膜的影响。方法:将100例不孕妇女随机分为两组,A 组克罗米芬(CC)／人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)促排卵,并于月经第1-20天连续服用阿斯匹林75mg/d;B组单纯CC／ hCG促排卵,于hCG日及排卵后7天分别测定血清激素水平,子宫内膜厚度及类型,并统计妊娠率;同时选50例正常育龄妇女作对照C组,无任何药物治疗。结果:A组内膜厚度及三线征与B组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0．05),与 C组相比,差异无显著性意义。妊娠率A组22％、B组14％,差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论:小剂量阿斯匹林可改善克罗米芬在促排卵时所致的子宫内膜发育不良。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of low - dose aspirin on endometria in ovulation induction. Methods: 100 infertile women were divided into two groups. Women in group A took CC/HCG, then began to take 75mg aspirin every day for twenty days since menses came, while 50 women in group B only took CC/HCG. The serum hormones levels, endometrial pattern and thickness were measured at the day of HCG injection and at the 7th day after ovulation. At the same time, 50 normal women received no medicine as control group. Results: Endometrial pattern, thickness and the pregnancy rate in group A were higher than those in group B and were significantly different (P<0. 05) , but were not significantly different between group A and group C. Conclusion: Low -dose aspirin might improve ill endometria caused by CC during ovulation induction. |
