| 摘 要： | 目的观察P物质在脂肪肝大鼠胃窦组织内的变化，探讨其在胃动力障碍中的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠30只随机分为实验组（n=20）和对照组（n=10），采用高脂饲料喂养制备大鼠脂肪肝模型，3个月后用放射性核素（^99m/Tc）灌胃测定大鼠胃液体排空率；应用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃组织SP的表达。结果脂肪肝大鼠胃排空率为75．8±3．3％，较对照组的81．4±7．2％明显减弱（P〈0．05）；脂肪肝动物胃SP物质阳性单位（31．9±4．7）较对照组（38．5±7．3，P〈O．05）降低。结论脂肪肝大鼠胃运动功能减弱与P物质表达减少可能有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the substance P expression in gastric antrum of rats with fatty liver desease. Methods 30 SD rats were divided into two groups. 20 were fed with high-fat diet to establish fatty liver model,and 10 for control. The gastric empty rate was determined by detection of radioactive 99mTc in gastrogavage. The substance P expression in gastric antrum was detected by immuonhistochemistry.
