| 摘 要： | 目的研制双嘧达莫缓释片并考察处方工艺对释放度的影响。方法采用单因素方法考察不同辅料对双嘧达莫缓释片释放度的影响,并通过正交实验设计,优化处方工艺。结果优选工艺为：以羟丙基甲基纤维素（用量为15%）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（用量为10%）为缓释骨架材料,采用酒石酸（用量为25%）为酸化剂,乳糖为填充剂。释放度研究结果表明,双嘧达莫缓释片释放度指标符合规定。结论处方工艺简便可行,易于操作,适合于工业化生产。
