不同提取工艺妇阴灵药理作用的比较研究

目的:通过抗炎和体外抑菌实验比较研究妇阴灵不同工艺的药理作用,以筛选优化有效的制剂.方法:采用二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀的炎症模型,观察妇阴灵的抗炎效果;采用体外抑菌试验,观察妇阴灵的抑菌效果.结果:妇阴灵对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有非常显著的抑制作用;对蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用.体外抑菌试验表明,妇阴灵对金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌有一定的抗菌作用,妇阴灵醇提物效果优于水提物.结论:妇阴灵醇提物是发挥其治疗阴道炎、宫颈炎等妇科疾病的优化工艺.

The Comparative Study of Pharmacologic Action of Fuyinling in Different Abstract Technology

Objective: to comparative study of pharmacologic action of Fuyinling in different abstract technology by anti-inflammatory and extraorgan bacteriostasis experiment to sieve effective preparation.Method: the mice swelling of auricle model induced by dimethyl benzene and rats swelling of foot model induced by albumen were used to observed anti-inflammatory effect of Fuyinling.The extraorgan bacteriostasis experiment was used to observed bacteriostasis effect of Fuyinling.Result: Fuyinling has the highly significant depressant effect to the mice swelling of auricle model induced by dimethyl benzene and the rats swelling of foot model induced by albumen.Fuyinling has some antibacterial action to staphylococcus aureus,haemolysis chain coccus A and blastomyces albicans.The abstract with alcohol surpass the abstract with water. Conclusion: the abstract with alcohol of Fuyinling is the optimize technology;to treating coleitis and cervicitis.
