| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法(征求意见稿)》(简称《办法》)的实施给医师、药学人员、患者及药品生产企业带来的影响。方法:结合实际工作经验,分析、整理、归纳《办法》在实施过程中可能遇到的问题及影响因素。结果:《办法》一旦施行,大部分头孢菌素和氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物将被清退,很可能影响患者治疗;医师处方权和药师处方调配权将受到挑战;医疗机构的药品收入将减少;一些生产企业将被迫转型或倒闭。结论:《办法》的实施将给医师、药学人员、患者及药品生产企业带来深远影响,有助于促进抗菌药物的合理应用。
