摘    要:采用光—化学法在大鼠肠系膜微静脉建立活体血栓生成模型,研究了在急性(一次用药)与慢性(每日给药,一周)条件下阿司匹林的抗血栓作用。慢性阿司匹林用药组与生理盐水对照组相比,可以明显减缓血栓生长速度,延长血栓栓塞时间,表明阿司匹林对血栓形成有一定的抑制作用。而急性用药组的抗栓作用并不明显

Using Photo-Chemical Model to Investigate Antithrombotic Effect of Aspirin under Acute and Long-Term Administration
Abstract:Aspirin is a postulated successful agent to prevent thrombosis. But since it inhibits prostacyclin synthesized by arterial and venous tissue and inhibits thromboxane TXA_2 synthesized by platelet function, the rationale for its clinical use as an antithrombotic drug is still being questioned. The purpose of the research is to study the antithrombotic ability of a single dose of aspirin(30 mg/kg, 130 mg/kg) and a long term administration(30 mg·kg-1/24 h, 130 mg·kg-1/24 h) respectively. 39 rats underwent the intravascular platelet aggregation and subsequent thrombus formation produced by photo-chemical reation in rat mesentery. The time for the occlusion of the vessel is prolonged in both groups, while more significantly in the group of long-term administration. The findings indicate that long term administration has more evident effect to inhibit thrombosis than one single dose.
