| 摘 要： | 目的:了解春节期间住院精神病患者的心理状态,探讨节日期间的护理策略。方法:对85例春节期间住院的精神病患者进行病情观察和简明精神病量表(BPRS)测定,并进行心理分析。结果:节日期间住院精神病患者对在医院过春节呈现一定的心理障碍和情绪反应以及异常的行为表现,针对这些情况,做好节前、节日间的病情控制,心理护理,安排好节日的文娱活动,争取社会的支持,有利于稳定病情,促进康复。结论:在加强治疗的同时,必须关心住院精神病患者的节日生活,以利于患者欢度节日。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the psychological state of psychotic patients during Spring Festival,and to explore the nursing counter-measure for Festival.Methods 85 in patients with psychosis were abservated and tested with BPRS during Spring Festival..Their psychological states were analyzed.Results During Spring Festival.inpatients showed some psychological disorder and mood effects,even showed adnormal behavior.To theses cases,it's useful for rehabilitation to control the ill-condition,to supply psychologically nursing for Festival,to make amusement and to offer social support.Conclusions With the further treatment,importance must be paid to care for psychotic inpatients' Festival lives,so as to live happy Festival. |
