冠状动脉病变程度与血清总胆红素和尿酸的相关性分析

目的探讨冠状动脉病变程度与血清总胆红素和尿酸的关系。方法选择78例曾进行选择性冠脉造影的病人,按冠脉狭窄程度分为4组,进行血清总胆红素和尿酸测定。结果血清总胆红素与冠脉狭窄的严重程度呈独立的负相关,而血清尿酸与冠脉狭窄的严重程度呈独立的正相关。结论血清总胆红素、尿酸含量作为反映冠心病患者体内氧化与抗氧化系统活动情况的生化指标,对预测冠脉病变程度的进展及预后有指导意义。

Analysis of the relationship between the severity of coronary lesion and serum total bilirubin and uric acid

Objective To investigate the relationship between the severity of coronary lesion and serum total bilirubin and uric acid. Methods Selected 93 patients that were examined by selective coronary angiography, these patients were divided into four groups according to the severity of coronary lesion. The serum total bilirubin and uric acid were tested for each patient. Results The serum total bilirubin levels were independently and negatively related to the severity of the coronary lesion. But the serum uric acid levels were independently and positively related to the severity of the coronary lesion. Conclusion The serum total bilirubin and uric acid levels could be taken as biochemical metrics which reflect actions of oxidation system and anti-oxidation system in the body of coronary heart disease patient. Thus it has instructional implication to predict the evolution and prognosis for the severity of the coronary lesion.
