肝硬化与肝癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞表面受体表达变化的研究

摘    要:作者应用单克隆抗体检测肝硬化、肝癌病人外周血T淋巴细胞表面受体表达的变化。其中肝硬化(LC)、肝癌(PHC)组的CD_8的阳性细胞分别是34.72%、38.93%,正常对照组为27.30%,与正常组比较,P<0.01。两组CD_4/CD_8比值显著下降,其比值分别为1.29、1.31,正常组1.8,与正常组比较,P<0.01。PHA刺激前,转铁蛋白受体(TFR)和白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)在两组患者血中处于高表达状态(P<0.01)。结果提示:抑制性TC升高,TFR以及IL-2R的高表达则直接影响LC和PHC的预后。

Abstract:The changes of T cell subsets and the expression of Transferrin receptor (TFR) and Interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2) of peripheral blood were studied in patients with liver cirrhosis(LC)and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC).The results showed that CD8 cells in patients with LC and PHC increased to 34.72% and 38.93%respectively.The ratio of CD4/CD8 significantly decreased in twe groups of patients to 1.29 and 1.31, respectively, while that of normal group was 1.8 (P< 0.01). Our data also showed that TFR and IL-2R were in a state of high-expression in resting T cells but no marked changes could be found in the receptor expression of PHA-stimulated T cells of patients, as compared with the control group. From the foregoing it may be suggested that prognosis of LC and PHC is influenced by inhibitory T cells and high expression of TFR and IL-2R.
