| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运用LCP钢板在治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效.方法:对2006-2008年期间治疗的38例老年肱骨近端骨折的病例的疗效进行回顾性分析,疗效评定采用Neer评分系统,评估骨折愈合情况及术后肩关节的功能.结果: LCP钢板治疗的老年肱骨近端骨折中38例获得了随访,随访时间4-18个月,平均10个月,其中优21例,良11例,中6例,差0例,优良率为86.8﹪.结论:运用LCP钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效满意,具有固定可靠,可早期功能锻炼,是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的一种有效的方法.
