小儿卵巢肿瘤及囊肿

目的：探讨小儿卵巢肿瘤及囊肿的临床症状，诊断、病理特点及治疗。方法：对１９８８～１９９７年手术治疗的４１例卵巢肿瘤及囊肿，进行总结分析。结果：良性肿瘤术后无复发，恶性６例中存活３例，结论：小儿下腹部肿块伴有或不伴有腹痛术前均应作Ｂ超明确肿块来源及性质。甲胎蛋白（α－ＦＰ）酶标检查对小儿卵巢生殖细胞源性的恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后监测起了重要的作用。对怀疑恶性卵巢肿瘤术中宜作冰冻病理切片检查以决定手术方

Ovarian tumors and cysts in children

Objective: To discuss the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, pathological characteristics and therapies of the ovarian tu-mor and cyst in children.Methods:41 patients (aged 1 ~ 12 years) with ovarian tumor and cyst underwent operative treament from 1988 to 1997. Among them, 6 were malignant tumor (14.6%). Results: None of the benign group relapsed,three of the six malig-nant tumors have lived well for three years.Conclusions: We recommemd that children with an unexplained abdominal mass with or without lower abdominal pain should undertake a prompt Ultrasound Scan ( US). Alfa - fetoprotein plays an important role in the di-agnosis and prognosis of the malignant ovarian tumor in children. Frozen - Section pathologic analysis in the initial operation is mandatory.
