食管癌伴锁骨上淋巴结转移的外科治疗

目的：探讨食管癌伴锁骨上淋巴结转移患的外科治疗效果。方法：作自１９９１年７月～１９９７年６月选择性外科治疗食管癌伴锁骨上淋巴结转移患１４例并进行分析。其中男１０例，女４例，年龄４０～６０岁，食管上段癌３例，中段癌５例，下段癌４例，食管贲门癌１例，食管胃同期原发癌１例；病变长度１．０～１５ｃｍ；锁骨上淋巴结全部经针吸细胞学检查证实为转移性鳞癌１３例，腺癌１例，行食管癌切除、食管胃左颈部吻合，胸

Surgical treatment of esophageal carcinoma with supraclavicular lymphonode metastasis

Objective: To investigate the clinial effect of surgial treatment on esophageal carcinoma with superaclavicular lym-phatic metastasis. Method: From 1991 to 1997, selective operation were performed in 14 patients with esophageal caricnoma and su-peraclavicular lymph node metastasis. There were 10 males and 4 females, aged 40 to 60 years. The tumor located in upper essphagns in 3 patients, middle part in 5, lower part in 4 and cardia in 1 patient. The length of tumor from 1 to 15cm. Supraclavicular lymph node metastasis were all confirmed by preoperative aspiration biopsy .Results: No operative deaths occured,and the resective rate was 92.9%(l3/14). During 3 to 54 months follow - up, the mean survival time was 14.6 months.Conclusion:The selective operation of esophageal and cardia carcinoma with superaclavicular lymph nade melastasis, chemotherapy or/and radiotherapy could prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life.
